| Yakamia Gardens offers 1 bedroom units, with a private courtyard. Secure car parking is available and there are security screens on the doors and windows. Bathrooms are fitted with support rails and there is nothing to step over to get into the shower. |

| The manicured grounds have undercover mobility paths and there are no steps, so it’s easy to get around. There are security gates, which are locked at night with resident only access, so residents can come and go as they please, while feeling secure at night. There is also a community room, which residents are free to use as an extension of their home. With weekly social activities, events, regular themed meals and a range of afternoon activities, the village has a great community environment. |

| Our on-site village manager is available Monday to Friday, so village maintenance and your home maintenance is all taken care of, leaving you free to enjoy the lifestyle the village has to offer. Meal packages are available, which are made by our chef from $6.50 per day (as at 20/2/13). The village is located close to shops, medical services and transport, so you will be able to live independently. For extra piece of mind, a Tunstall emergency call system is available for residents. |
