Generous outdoor areas also maximise opportunities for outdoor living whilst maintaining privacy and seclusion. Homes are built on-site by one of Victoria's leading home builders with a reputation for quality and range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom plus study and include high quality fittings and furnishings in the latest styles.
Facilities
Brookfield Village has all the resort facilities to make every day a holiday. The elegant clubhouse includes a luxurious indoor pool and spa, gym and cinema. You can also join your neighbours for a game of lawn bowls or walk your dog around the landscaped gardens and avenues. If you are a bit more hands on, get busy in the workshop or set up a competitive game of bowls with your new friends. There will even be a special area for the grandchildren.
Services
A village bus is available for group outings and our Social Committee organises a range of activities you can take part in like line dancing, Tai Chi and movie nights. All our villages have gated entrances and we can collect your mail if you're away on holidays. There is also the security of living in a community with friendly neighbours. So you can relax when at home or on holidays.
