Mt Martha Retirement Village is one of about 6 villages in Victoria that provides ageing in place by having independent living units, nursing home and hostel in the one complex. Our group has three of these villages.
Accommodation
The privately owned Mt Martha Retirement Village for the 55+ will have 59 brand new independent living units upon completion. Two and three bedroom units are available; all have garages with doors operated by remote control, and direct access to the unit. There are seven different plans to choose from.
Facilities
The large Club House offers billiards, indoor and outdoor bowls, library, bar, large screen HD TV with Foxtel and DVD's as well as a computer, an outdoor bowling green, BBQ facilities and pavilions. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool adjoining a large park.
Services
All units have a call system linked to the existing onsite nursing home to ensure immediate nursing care in case of emergency.
