Our exit fee estimator illustrates how deferred management fees can build up over time.
About this domain
seniorlivingonline.com.au previously hosted a retirement village directory and information site run by a different operator. That site closed, and the domain was relaunched in 2026 as an independent guide. Every page has been written from scratch. We are not connected with the previous operator. We don't run a directory, and we don't list, rate or recommend villages, communities or aged care providers.

We base our guides on official and authoritative sources, including:
